How to Manage the Waiting Room
Your waiting room name will be your external facing name that your patients will see. When you log in, your waiting room name will automatically be assigned as the first part of your email. To edit the name, go to your provider dashboard, and click "edit" in the top right of your profile screen pictured below. Please note that no spaces will be allowed in your waiting room name! Once you update your profile your waiting room name will be saved.
If you've changed your name but have previously sent a waiting room link to a patient, their link will re-direct to your current link!

Managing your Waiting Room for a Session
When you are getting ready to start a call, on the right side of the screen you can select "Start Call" (image 1). This will open the waiting room for patients. If someone is in the waiting room prior to you entering the room, it will say who is waiting (image 2). When you are on call, on the right hand side you will see if there is anyone in the waiting room, and will be able to allow your patient into the room. You will need to check their name and select "Admit to Session" (image 3).
