Tips for Optimizing Your Call
- Make sure that you are in a quiet space where background noise cannot affect you.
- Ensure your microphone and video buttons are working prior to entering the meeting room by testing them on the main screen before starting the meeting. (Note: If your microphone is not working during the meeting, please see the note below.)
- Check that your internet connection is stable.
- Verify that your browser is up to date.
- Remember, if you are logging into a meeting for the first time or using a new browser, you must allow the browser to access your microphone and video.
