Getting Started with Kismet as a Provider
Welcome to Kismet! Below is your guide to getting you and your providers set up for success. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are running into any issues.
Logging In
- You should have received an invite email from Kismet in your initial onboarding.
- Once your password has been set, go to app.kismethealth.com .
- Sign in with your email and password.
- When you are logged in, you will be sent to the screen shown below. In this screen you can edit your name, start a session, copy a link to your meeting room, and edit your waiting room name, which will be shown to all patients. Please note that no spaces are allowed in your waiting room name!

Logging out
- Go to app.kismethealth.com
- If you see a page with the text “Sign In”, you’re already logged out!
- If you are in the provider dashboard, you should see the sign out option on the top right corner of your screen.
